As I mentioned in the introduction, I’m a health coach certified by the American Council on Exercise. I want to help people figure out how to achieve well-being in body, mind, and spirit.
My philosophy is simple:
Find what lights up your soul and get healthy enough to enjoy it everyday.
That doesn’t mean, however, totally giving up on less-than-healthy things you enjoy. It just means life is a balancing act. I believe the world as we see and interpret it provides all of the clues we need to find that balance.
Many times, the first step is overcoming some painful wound or condition. That’s where the intuitive healer in me comes to play.
That’s why I don’t offer cookie-cutter programs. No package deals. I honor you as a unique person. You’re in the driver’s seat. We proceed as you see fit for as long as you see fit.
Some of the things I draw from and can offer include:
- Mindful movement, including qigong and tai chi
- Traditional fitness best practices
- Simplified nutrition education
- Stress management techniques, including sleep improvement
- Guided meditations
- Creative journaling
- Spirit guide advisement
- Art and sound healing
Sessions typically last about an hour and can be done over the phone or via Skype. Or we can simply communicate via email. Whatever feels right for you.
